2.3 Scope Modifications (WRITTEN AMENDMENT REQUIRED): Per BGB §305c:

Provider retains all rights to pre-existing methodologies, templates, frameworks, processes developed independently (not specifically for Client)
6.1 Availability (SERVICE LEVELS):

(a) Accept within existing retainer (if hours available) - no charge
(b) Agree to add services via written amendment - retainer increases OR separate hourly invoicing
